Michael Faust

Project Manager

Michael Faust serves as a Project Manager with W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. He is 2010 graduate from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering specializing in Geotechnical Engineering.   While at UofL he was an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Before joining W.R. Newman in Spring of 2018, Michael worked as a Project Manager/Estimator for Buffalo Construction, working primarily on nationwide retail projects. Prior to graduating college, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager Coop for the Mid-South Division of the Kroger Company.

His role at WRN includes contract administration, estimation, negotiation, subcontractor selection, scheduling, permitting, turnover, and client satisfaction. Michael’s areas of expertise are new construction; with key projects such as

Michael resides in Louisville, Kentucky and is an active outdoorsman. He spends his free time trail running, hiking, mountain biking and lounging at the Family Lake House on Barren River Lake.  Once fall rolls around, weekends are spent taking in the site and sounds of the Louisville Cardinal Football Stadium.
