Jim Chladny

Project Manager

Jim Chladny is a construction project manager with W. R. Newman and Associates, Inc. He joined W.R. Newman in 2019 after over 35 years in the construction industry. 

His previous experience spans managing projects for single-family residences, as well as student and multifamily housing in several states across the country. He navigates a project from beginning to end, soliciting bids, applying for permits, coordinating subcontractors, troubleshooting and supervising work through the project’s completion.
