Derrick Crouch began at W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. in 2025 as a Summer Intern. The job consisted of estimating, collecting bids, visiting job sites, and assisting project managers .

Derrick graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration and joined W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. full-time in 2026 as a Junior Estimator. His role consists of collecting bids, estimating, budgeting, and putting together proposals.

Prior to joining the team, Derrick worked for his family’s business in commercial concrete flooring as a skilled laborer.
