W.R. Newman constructed this Westminster, Maryland retail store in 2007. It is a Prototype D-WIDE, 21,688 square foot facility. This particular site required over $500,000 worth of underground detention. The job required very close coordination with local code enforcement, the architect, and the owner. The finished product resulted in a design award from Carroll County.
